The New Republic: Ruling Will Harm Insurers
A judge in Virginia ruled yesterday that the individual mandate, a part of the health care reform law passed by Obama administration, is unconstitutional. Jonathan Chait of The New Republic argues that the ruling is a blow to health insurers, who will lose many customers.
